[摘要]虹橋搜侯(SOHO)地上由4棟弧線形的超長高層建筑組成,各建筑單體之間在不同樓層由連廊相連,形成大底盤多塔超長連體結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)合工程項目背景,介紹工程結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題,包括結(jié)構(gòu)體系選擇、抗震性能化設(shè)計、超長結(jié)構(gòu)溫度預應力筋設(shè)計、連廊結(jié)構(gòu)及其支座設(shè)計等。通過結(jié)構(gòu)的精心設(shè)計,能夠完美實現(xiàn)建筑師的構(gòu)想。工程所采用的設(shè)計方法和思路對于其他大型公共建筑,尤其是復雜多塔連體結(jié)構(gòu)具有一定的借鑒作用。

Structural design of Hongqiao SOHO project in Shanghai

Abstract: Hongqiao SOHO project consists of four arc-curved super-long high-rise towers on ground, and the towers are connected by corridors on different floors to form a large-chassis multi-tower super-long connected structure. Based on the project background, key technical issues in the structural design were introduced, such as the structural system selection, performance-based seismic design, prestressed reinforcement design of super-long structure considering temperature effect, corridor structure design and support design. Through careful structural design, the idea of the architect can be perfectly realized. The design method and idea applied in the project can provide reference for similar large-scale public buildings, especially for the complex multi-tower connected structure.
