[摘要]佛山保利商務(wù)中心塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)高度約252m,采用框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,屬特別不規(guī)則的超B級高度超限結(jié)構(gòu)。針對結(jié)構(gòu)超高、大跨度重載屋蓋及超高空單層索網(wǎng)幕墻結(jié)構(gòu)等關(guān)鍵問題,進行了結(jié)構(gòu)彈性、彈塑性和長周期地震波作用下構(gòu)件損傷等分析,通過相應(yīng)的結(jié)構(gòu)加強措施,確保結(jié)構(gòu)性能滿足預(yù)設(shè)的抗震性能目標(biāo)要求。

Structural design and analysis of Poly Commercial Central Tower in Foshan

Abstract: The Poly Commercial Central Tower with the height of about 252m adopts frame-core wall structural system. The project is an out-of-code super high-rise structure. According to super high-rise structure, large span and heavy load roof, super altitude monolayer cable curtain wall structure and other key issues, a variety of structural analysis including elastic analysis, elasto-plastic analysis and component damage analysis under the long-period seismic wave were carried out. The corresponding seismic strengthening measures which ensure the structural performance meets the seismic performance goal.
