［摘要］廈門國際中心為高度超過300m的超高層結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)合項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)和關(guān)鍵問題，經(jīng)結(jié)構(gòu)體系比選，確定采用框架-核心筒和巨型支撐-伸臂桁架及環(huán)帶桁架組成的多重抗側(cè)力混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系。通過分析確定了巨型支撐的計(jì)算長度并對(duì)復(fù)雜節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)做了進(jìn)一步的細(xì)化分析和驗(yàn)證，根據(jù)舒適度控制要求對(duì)阻尼減震裝置的選用進(jìn)行了探討，并分析了施工順序?qū)?gòu)件內(nèi)力和軸向變形的影響。

Research on key problems in the design of the super high-rise building of Xiamen International Center

Abstract: Xiamen International Center is a super high-rise building with the height of more than 300m.Combined with the characteristics of the project and the key problems, according to the structural system selection, the multilateral resisting hybrid structure, which combined the frame-corewall,the giant brace, the outrigger and the belt trusses, was determined. The calculation length of the giant brace was determined, the further analysis and verification of the design on complex nodes were done. The selection of damping device was also discussed according to the comfort control requirements. The effects of construction sequence on the internal force and axial deformation of structural members were analyzed.
