南方在役鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性問(wèn)題調(diào)查與研究*

摘要]為了解南方在役鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性問(wèn)題,對(duì)20世紀(jì)60年代以來(lái)的54例在役建筑物的混凝土破損情況、混凝土強(qiáng)度、鋼筋銹蝕情況、保護(hù)層厚度、碳化深度、凍融情況等進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,了解南方各混凝土耐久性問(wèn)題的分布情況。結(jié)果表明,我國(guó)南方主要耐久性問(wèn)題是混凝土的碳化,同時(shí)不能忽視兩個(gè)或多個(gè)因素之間的耦合作用。碳化和凍融的耦合作用在我國(guó)南方分布較廣。通過(guò)對(duì)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的分析,得到了混凝土碳化層厚度、鋼筋銹蝕率、混凝土實(shí)際強(qiáng)度隨時(shí)間的回歸方程,可用于初步預(yù)測(cè)和評(píng)估在役混凝土的耐久性問(wèn)題。

Investigation and study on the durability problem of the existing reinforced concrete structure in the south of China

Abstract: In order to study the durability problem of the existing reinforced concrete structures in the south of China,54 buildings from the 1960s to the present were investigated about the concrete damage conditions and strength, the steel corrosion, the  thickness of  protection layer, the depth of carbonation and the freeze-thaw conditions, etc. The distribution of the concrete durability problem was also concerned. As a result, the main problem of the concrete durability in the south of China is its carbonation and the coupling effect between two or more factors that can not be ignored. The coupling effect of carbonization and freeze-thaw is widely distributed in the south of China. Based on the survey data, the regression equations about the concrete carbonation thickness, the steel corrosion rate and the actual strength of concrete with time were obtained, which are useful for predicting and evaluating the durability problem of the  existing reinforced concrete structure.
