［摘要］大連海創(chuàng)國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)大廈采用鋼筋混凝土框架（鋼管混凝土疊合柱）+鋼筋混凝土核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。介紹工程概況和結(jié)構(gòu)體系及布置，針對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的超限情況提出了相應(yīng)的抗震加強(qiáng)措施，并采用SATWE和MIDAS Building軟件進(jìn)行了小震、中震作用下的彈性計(jì)算及大震作用下的動(dòng)力彈塑性分析計(jì)算。此外，還闡述了鋼管混凝土疊合柱及節(jié)點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)理念。分析結(jié)果表明，工程各項(xiàng)計(jì)算指標(biāo)均符合規(guī)范要求。

Structural design of Haichuang International Industrial Building in Dalian

Abstract: Haichuang International Industrial Building in Dalian adopts structural system of reinforced concrete frame (concrete filled steel tube composite column) and reinforced concrete core wall structure. The project profile, structural system and layouts were introduced. Seismic fortification measures were proposed according to the out-of-code situations of the structure. The software of SATWE and MIDAS Building were used to carry out elastic calculation under the frequent and medium earthquake and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under the rare earthquake. In addition, the design idea of concrete filled steel tube composite column and nodes were described. The analysis results show that all the calculation results are satisfied with the codes requirements.
