[摘要]溫州鹿城廣場為超高層建筑,塔樓建筑高度與結(jié)構(gòu)高度均為350m?;A(chǔ)采用鉆孔灌注樁,樁徑為1 100mm。上部結(jié)構(gòu)采用帶加強層的框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu),共設(shè)置了三道加強層。采用工字形鋼梁與壓型鋼板組合樓板。頂部7層取消南北方向的外框柱,采用吊桿承受樓面荷載和拉索支承幕墻體系。

Structural design and analysis on key structural issues of super high-rise tower of Wenzhou Lucheng Plaza

Abstract: Wenzhou Lucheng Plaza is a super high-rise building. The tower height, either architectural or structural, is 350m. The foundation adopts boring piles with pile diameter 1 100mm. The super structure is a typical frame-core system with outrigger. There are 3 strengthened storeys. The floor framing is I-shape steel beams and profiled steel sheet composite RC slab. On the 7 top storeys, the outer frame columns in both north and south are eliminated, tension posts are employed to carry the floor loadings, and cables are used to support curtain wall system.
