首都國際機場T3號航站樓結構設計

(北京市建筑設計研究院,100045)[提要]北京首都國際機場T3航站樓是北京2008年奧運會的重點工程,南北總長約3 000m,東西寬750m,包括T3A,T3B航站樓和T3C國際候機廳,總建筑面積約100萬m2。航站樓主體為鋼筋混凝土框架結構,屋頂為曲面鋼網(wǎng)架結構,支承屋頂懸臂結構的是錐形和梭形鋼管柱。主要介紹在超大規(guī)模結構設計中遇到的關鍵技術問題,包括超長結構的混凝土收縮和溫度變形、多點多維地震波輸入分析、結構轉換、超大面積屋頂?shù)臏囟葍攘?、新型?jié)點的設計等問題。在試樁的基礎上,樁基礎采用樁底和樁側后壓漿技術提高承載力40%~50%。結構體系中大量采用清水混凝土技術。對超長混凝土結構設計從設計和施工兩方面采取措施,分縫處采取了異形型鋼混凝土柱。航站樓的主體鋼網(wǎng)殼周邊大量采用變截面圓形鋼柱,給出了其在大震下的彈塑性分析結果和節(jié)點構造措施。[關鍵詞]航站樓;樁基礎;超長結構;結構轉換;鋼結構Structure Design of Beijing Capital International Airport Terminal 3/Wang Chunhua,Wang Guoqing,Zhu Zhongyi,Ke Changhua,Zhou Gang,Chen Qing(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design,Beijing 100045,China)Abstract:The Beijing capital international airport T3 is an extension project for Beijing Olympic Games in 2008,the length between north and south is about3 000 meters,the max width between east and west is about 750 meters.The area of the entire T3 new airport is approximately 1.0 million square meters,and is eivided into four parts T3A,T3B,T3C and GTC.The main structure of the T3 is the reinforced concrete frame construction,the roof is the space frame structure,and the roof is supported by the variable cross-section steel pipe column which extends to the building surface or peripheral inclines to outside.The essential technology,application characteristic and analysis of the design and construction method are introduced.Keywords:Beijing capital international airport terminal 3; pile; ultra long structure; transfer structure; steel structure
