新型裝配整體式柱的抗震性能及連接優(yōu)化*

摘要]提出一種采用高強復合螺旋箍筋約束混凝土、外包鋼板箍、橫穿栓筋連接的新型裝配整體式柱。通過不同軸壓比下2個裝配整體式柱與2個現(xiàn)澆整體柱的擬靜力試驗對比,證明裝配整體式柱抗震性能良好、節(jié)點連接安全可靠,可以代替現(xiàn)澆整體柱。試驗過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)裝配整體式柱外包鋼板箍受力較小、設計較保守,在一定程度上造成了材料的浪費。利用ABAQUS軟件建立了裝配整體式柱的三維模型,采用優(yōu)化設計的方法,在相同荷載和邊界條件下,通過不斷調(diào)整鋼板箍的長度和厚度參數(shù),得出既安全又經(jīng)濟的鋼板箍尺寸,達到優(yōu)化裝配整體式柱連接的目的。

Seismic performance and connection optimization of a new kind of assembly integrated column

Abstract: A new kind of assembly integrated column, composed of high-strength compound spiral stirrups restrained core concrete, exterior steel plate hoop and penetrated bolt bar for connection, was put forward. Two assembly integrated columns were compared with two cast-in-place columns under different axial pressure ratios in pseudo-static tests. Results show that the new kind of assembly integrated column can replace the cast-in-place column due to its well seismic performance and reliable connection. During the test, it made a certain amount of waste because of the small force of exterior steel plate hoop and the conservative design. The ABAQUS software was used to set up 3D model for the assembly integrated column. Under the same loads and boundary conditions, the method of optimization design was used to obtain a more safe and economic size of steel plate hoop through constantly adjustment of the length and thickness parameters of the steel plate hoop and finally to obtain an optimized assembly integrated column connection.
