[摘要]介紹裝配整體式空間鋼網(wǎng)格正交斜放盒式結(jié)構(gòu)體系在某實(shí)際工程中的應(yīng)用,并與普通鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系進(jìn)行對(duì)比,分析了兩種結(jié)構(gòu)體系的周期、位移比、層間位移角、梁設(shè)計(jì)彎矩、樓面線彈性撓度和經(jīng)濟(jì)性能。結(jié)果表明,這種新型結(jié)構(gòu)體系在力學(xué)性能和經(jīng)濟(jì)性能方面均優(yōu)于普通鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系,能夠滿足多層大跨度工業(yè)建筑的相關(guān)要求,為今后該結(jié)構(gòu)體系在大跨度結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用提供參考。

Design and application of orthogonal and diagnal cassette structure of assembled overall spatial steel grid in the multi-storey large-span industrial buildings

Abstract: Orthogonal and diagnal cassette structural system of assembled overall spatial steel grid was introduced in the application of a practical project. The normal steel frame structural system and the new system were compared of the aspects of the period, displacement ratio, story drift angle, designed bending moment of the beam, floor elastic-deflection and economic performance. The results show that the new structural system has better mechanical properties and economy performance compared with the normal steel frame structural system. The new system can fulfill relevant requirements of multi-storey large-span industrial buildings, which provides reference for the application of the orthogonal and diagnal cassette structural system in the large-span structural design in the future.
