［摘要］建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的概念既涵蓋了建筑工業(yè)化、住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化的內(nèi)涵與外延，又從更高的行業(yè)角度進行了詮釋。這幾年，建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化得到了政府高度重視，行業(yè)熱情高漲，其發(fā)展達到前所未有的高度。本文從歷史發(fā)展、當下需求、未來趨勢的連貫視角，結(jié)合我國具體國情，對建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化提出一些思考和建議，以推動建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化事業(yè)又好又快發(fā)展。

Reflections and suggestions of construction industry modernization

Abstract: The concept of construction industry modernization consists of not only the connotation and extension of the construction industrialization and housing industrialization, but also the interpretation from a higher field perspective. In recent years, construction industry modernization has received great attention from the government and the field has high enthusiasm to develop to an unprecedented level. Combined with specific national conditions of our country, some reflections and suggestions were given to the construction industry modernization from the perspectives of history development, current demand and future trend, which help to promote a sound and rapid development of the construction industry modernization enterprise.
