[摘要]運(yùn)用ANSYS程序分析了由日照產(chǎn)生的不均勻溫度場(chǎng)對(duì)鋼筒倉(cāng)倉(cāng)壁的周向、軸向應(yīng)力及von Mises應(yīng)力的影響,并與均勻季節(jié)溫差作用和無溫度作用下倉(cāng)壁中的應(yīng)力進(jìn)行對(duì)比與分析。研究表明,日照溫度作用對(duì)鋼筒倉(cāng)倉(cāng)壁的應(yīng)力影響較大, 各種溫度作用下倉(cāng)壁底部的應(yīng)力最大,日照溫度作用產(chǎn)生的溫度應(yīng)力最大。在日照溫度作用-40~-10℃時(shí),滿倉(cāng)時(shí)倉(cāng)壁底部的周向應(yīng)力約為無溫度作用時(shí)的11倍;在日照溫度作用50~80℃時(shí),滿倉(cāng)時(shí)倉(cāng)壁底部的軸向應(yīng)力約為無溫度作用時(shí)的2倍。因此,日照溫度作用對(duì)鋼筒倉(cāng)應(yīng)力的影響應(yīng)在設(shè)計(jì)中充分考慮。

Solar radiation temperature action on stresses of a large flat-bottom squat steel silos for alumina

Abstract: Hoop, axial and von Mises equivalent stresses under non-uniform temperature field caused by solar radiation were analyzed by using ANSYS program. Silo wall stresses under uniform temperature field variations and solely storage loads were compared with those under solar radiation. It is shown that solar radiation stresses are the most significant among all the thermal stresses, and the maximal thermal stresses all occur at the bottom of the silos. The maximal hoop stress under solar radiation at -40~-10℃ could reach 11 times that by solely storage loads, while the maximal axial stress under solar radiation at 50~80℃ could be 2 times that due to storage loads. Therefore, solar radiation effects should be properly considered in the design of such silos.
