現(xiàn)澆混凝土樓板收縮裂縫控制的試驗研究

[提要]  通過對影響現(xiàn)澆混凝土樓板收縮裂縫主要因素的試驗分析,建議樓板的混凝土強度滿足耐久性和承載力要求即可(C20~C30),不宜取得過高;應盡量采用坍落度較小的混凝土;混凝土板必須振搗密實,并加強養(yǎng)護;采用泵送混凝土時,對普通板增加雙層、雙向溫度、收縮鋼筋用量。可供設計、施工和規(guī)范修訂時參考。

Test on Shrinkage Crack Controlling of Cast in situ Concrete Floors/Zhang Xuehong, Sun Lijin, Cong Junhua, Lu Wenhua, Li Ming, Zhang Jianqing (Suzhou Architecture Employee Univ., Suzhou 215000, China)
Abstract:Based on the results of a shrinkage crack controlling test on cast in situ concrete floors, it is suggested that, the concrete strength grade of floor had better be C20~C30, as well as satisfy the demand of wear and bearing capacity; the concrete degree of collapse had better be low.; the concrete must be vibrated to be dense; when the pumped concrete is used, the setting steel should be intensified. The suggestions can be the references for the design, construction and codes emending.
