【摘要】對某磚混建筑外縱墻裂縫損傷進(jìn)行了簡要論述，分析了其產(chǎn)生的原因；檢測了磚與砂漿的強(qiáng)度；從形體規(guī)則性、結(jié)構(gòu)體系、局部易倒易損部位、結(jié)構(gòu)整體性連接和抗震承載力等方面對抗震性能進(jìn)行了分析，并提出了鑒定意見與處理建議。

Seismic appraisal of a masonry-concrete structure

Abstract: The crack located in vertical wall was discussed briefly, its reason was analyzed; material strength was detected; seismic performance was carried on from the regularity of structure, structure system, local ticklish damageable parts, structural integrity and seismic bearing capacity, finally the seismic appraisal results and handling suggestions are presented in this article.
