冷卻塔筒壁初始幾何缺陷的分析計(jì)算及處理

[提要]  某座鋼筋混凝土雙曲線型冷卻塔由于施工不當(dāng),筒壁出現(xiàn)局部凹凸,雙曲線局部失形。采用有限元法對該冷卻塔進(jìn)行了內(nèi)力分析和強(qiáng)度驗(yàn)算,分析了筒壁出現(xiàn)這些初始幾何缺陷對冷卻塔受力的影響,并提出了合理可行的結(jié)構(gòu)加固方案,使其花費(fèi)少量的資金加固后,確保冷卻塔能安全運(yùn)行。

Analysis and Treatment of a Cooling Tower with Geometrical Imperfections in Shell/Li Siming, Jin Guofang, Chen Zhiqiang, Shi Hao(Research Institute of Structural Eng. and Disaster Reduction, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China)
Abstract:Geometrical imperfection was found on a reinforced concrete hyperbolic cooling tower due to inappropriate construction. Finite element analysis is implemented to study the influence of initial fault upon the safety of the cooling tower. The internal stress and the loading capacity of the tower are checked with the finite element results. And feasible strengthening scheme with externally bonded CFRP is proposed to recover the safety of the tower with relatively low costs.
