[摘要] 結(jié)合對(duì)某磚混結(jié)構(gòu)辦公樓整體鑒定與加固工程實(shí)例,重點(diǎn)闡述了砌體結(jié)構(gòu)承重墻的加固技術(shù)和要點(diǎn),并且講述了如何運(yùn)用抗震能力指數(shù)定量地評(píng)估整個(gè)房屋的抗震能力。此外,還對(duì)整體結(jié)構(gòu)中個(gè)別薄弱構(gòu)件以及框架部分的加固進(jìn)行了闡述。

Case study of masonry structure reinforcement

Abstract: The essay mainly focuses on the techniques and other key points in reinforcing masonry-structured load-bearing walls with a case study on the evaluation and reinforcement of a brick-concrete office building. A certain part is dedicated to how to quantitive evaluate the seismic capacity of a building by applying the seismic capacity index. Moreover, the reinforcement of the weak individual components and the framework is discussed in the essay.
