[摘要] 某工業(yè)園區(qū)內(nèi)的一棟多層通用廠房,建于2009年,鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)。2010年進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)改造,在樓層和屋面增加了大量實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備,使用活荷載超過了原設(shè)計值。本文詳細(xì)介紹了該改造工程設(shè)計中,框架柱、梁的加固方法和構(gòu)造措施。該改造方法通過調(diào)整設(shè)備布置,減小對原有結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,從而達(dá)到縮短施工周期、降低工程造價的目的,為類似工程提供參考。

Strengthening design of a multi-story general plant in an industrial park

Abstract:A multi-story general plant in an industrial park was built with a reinforced concrete frame structure system in 2009. It was rebuilt in 2010. Because of adding a great deal of laboratory equipment on the floors and roofing,the live load exceeded the value of the original design. This paper gives out some key points of the structure rebuilding design,which involve the strengthening and construction methods of the columns and beams. This method decreased the impact on the existing structure through the arrangement of the adjustment device. It can reduce the construction period and cut down the construction cost. The design experience can be referred to similar engineering.
