[摘要] 南京下關(guān)碼頭候船廳具有精美的建筑造型和豐富的建筑細(xì)部處理，是優(yōu)秀的南京近代建筑代表作。該樓結(jié)構(gòu)形式為縱墻承重結(jié)構(gòu)體系，橫墻布置很少，內(nèi)部為雙排柱，雖8O年代進(jìn)行過抗震加固，但不滿足7度抗震設(shè)防構(gòu)造要求，本文介紹其墻體和屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)加固改造設(shè)計(jì)情況，供相關(guān)建筑物加固改造工程參考。

Structural Design of Reinforcement and Reconstruction for Nanjing XiaGuan Wharf Ship Hall

Abstract: Nanjing XiaGuan wharf ship hall is one of masterpieces for modern buildings in Nanjing with excellent architecture forms and details. The building’s structure is composed by longitudinal wall bearing structure system with little cross wall arrangement. Because of the supporting system with double row columns inside the cross walls, the structure demonstrates weak seismic resistant capacity. The paper gives a general review about the work of reinforcement and reconstruction so as to provide a reference for further conservation and utilization.
