焊接鋁合金壓桿屈曲性能試驗研究

[提要]  鋁合金焊接后除了產生殘余應力外,在焊縫附近還將產生強度明顯降低的熱影響區(qū)。對貼角焊和剖口焊兩種焊接方式的工字型鋁合金中心受壓桿件進行了試驗研究,并將試驗結果同即將頒布的國標《鋁合金結構設計規(guī)范》及歐洲規(guī)范進行了比較。研究表明,通常情況下,對于貼角焊構件,規(guī)范結果和試驗結果吻合較好;而對于剖口焊構件,規(guī)范結果偏保守。

Experimental Study on Buckling Behavior of Welded Aluminium Alloy Compression Members/Wu Yun, Zhang Qilin (Department of Building Engineering, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092,China)
Abstract:When Aluminium is welded, there will induce a heat affected zone(HAZ) with drastically reduced strength near the welds besides the residual stress. Experimental study of longitudinally welded I section Aluminium alloy columns subjected to axial compress is conducted. The test strengths are compared with the design strengths calculated by Code for Design of Aluminium Structures (draft) and Eurocode 9 for Aluminium structures (EC9). Generally, the codes predict the strengths of the double T profiles with fillet welds columns well. While for the double T profiles with groove butt welds columns, the design strengths predicted by the two codes are conservative.
