[摘要] 南京建鄴大廈建造于20世紀(jì)九十年代。因后期結(jié)構(gòu)改造的需要，為確保其抗震性能和安全使用要求，按現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《建筑抗震鑒定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（GB 50023-2009）的要求對(duì)其進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場檢測及抗震鑒定。本文介紹了該建筑物結(jié)構(gòu)檢測與抗震鑒定的詳細(xì)過程?，F(xiàn)場結(jié)構(gòu)檢測部分包括現(xiàn)有結(jié)構(gòu)體系及平面布置的核查、材料強(qiáng)度的檢測、結(jié)構(gòu)損傷情況的檢查以及與耐久性內(nèi)容相關(guān)的檢測。同時(shí)，根據(jù)現(xiàn)行相關(guān)國家規(guī)范的要求，對(duì)該建筑物進(jìn)行了抗震構(gòu)造措施的核查和抗震承載能力的驗(yàn)算與分析。最后，對(duì)該建筑物的結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能做出了綜合評(píng)定，并提出該工程的后期處理建議，為結(jié)構(gòu)的正常安全使用提供依據(jù)，也為同類結(jié)構(gòu)的工程鑒定與加固提供借鑒。

Structure detection and seismic appraisal of Jianye building in Nanjing

Abstract: Jianye building in Nanjing was constructed in 1990s. Due to the need of structure renovation in the later period, in order to ensure the anti-seismic capacity and safety requirements for using , site measurement and seismic evaluation were carried on according to Standard for Seismic Appraisal of Buildings(GB 50023-2009). In this paper structure detection and seismic appraisal process is introduced in detail. The local structure detection included the existing structure and layout verification, strength of materials, damage inspection of the structure and durability related content detection. At the same time, according to the current national standard, anti-seismic structural measures and seismic bearing capacity of the building were checked and analyzed. Finally the seismic capacity of the building was made a comprehensive assessment. According to the status evaluation of this structure, the post-processing suggestions were put forward to provide basis for the ordinary usage and provide a reference for the identification and reinforcement of similar structures.
