[摘要]  本文闡述了震區(qū)既有建筑抗震評(píng)估，鑒定和加固的重要性及迫切性，并對(duì)我國(guó)建筑現(xiàn)有抗震評(píng)估與鑒定系統(tǒng)作了簡(jiǎn)要介紹。另外，給出了結(jié)構(gòu)后役期內(nèi)的設(shè)防烈度再評(píng)估的方法以及建筑房屋加固方法的特點(diǎn)及適用性。

Abstract: Importance and urgency of seismic assessment and appraisement of existing buildings as well as strengthening measures in seismic region are illustrated in this paper. The systems of seismic assessment and appraisement in China are also briefly introduced. Furthermore, re-assessment of fortification intensity of structures during succeed use period is presented with the characteristic and applicability of strengthening measures in the end.
