[摘要]:本文針對汶川地震中倒塌的預(yù)制裝配式結(jié)構(gòu),分析了其倒塌破壞機(jī)理以及指出了這種結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問題,并提出了采用新型預(yù)制裝配整體式結(jié)構(gòu)。新型預(yù)制裝配整體式結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)包括疊合梁技術(shù)、疊合板技術(shù)、新型節(jié)點構(gòu)造技術(shù)等,新型的構(gòu)造技術(shù)極大地提高了預(yù)制裝配整體式結(jié)構(gòu)的整體性能、抗震性能,同時又帶有預(yù)制裝配的特點,具有施工效率快的優(yōu)點。本文對這些新型技術(shù)的敘述,旨在推動這種結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展,并加快實現(xiàn)住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化的進(jìn)程。

Discussion of the new prefabricate assembly integral frame structure technology

Abstract: Base on the prefabricate assembly structure Collapsed in the wenchuan earthquake, analysis of the collapsed damage mechanism and points out the existing problems of this structure. and puts forward the using new type of prefabricate assembly integral structure. The new prefabricate assembly integral structure including the technique of composite beams technology, composite slab technology and the new joints structure technology etc, the new structure technology greatly improve the overall performance and seismic performance of the prefabricated assembly integral structure, at the same time with the precast and assembly characteristics, also with the advantages of the construction efficiency. Account of these new technologies, this paper aims to promote the development of such structures, and accelerate the process of realizing housing industrialization.
