[摘要]地震作用下帶轉(zhuǎn)換層的高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)受力復(fù)雜，容易形成薄弱層。針對某一帶轉(zhuǎn)換層的高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)，采用合理的轉(zhuǎn)換層結(jié)構(gòu)布置，通過兩種三維有限元程序進(jìn)行整體對比分析及彈性時(shí)程分析、轉(zhuǎn)換構(gòu)件的應(yīng)力有限元分析，并加強(qiáng)構(gòu)造措施，使得結(jié)構(gòu)整體和各構(gòu)件的抗震性能達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)的預(yù)期目標(biāo)。本文通過工程實(shí)例闡述了此類結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的要點(diǎn)和應(yīng)注意的一些問題，供類似工程參考借鑒。

Structural design of a high-rise building with transfer story

Abstract: The internal forces of the high-rise building with transfer story under earthquake are complicated, and to form weak layer easily. For a high-rise building with transfer story it is very important to select a rational structural layout scheme. The analysis through the comparison of two three-dimensional finite element software, elastic time history analysis and stress analysis of structural transfer member were completed, and different construction detail were carried out to make the seismic behavior of whole structure and each structural member reach the expected objective. Through a project case this paper expound the point of structural design and some problems that should be paid attention to, which is as the reference for the similar project.
