[摘要]以實(shí)際工程為背景,對16萬m3大型LNG儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi)罐進(jìn)行平行設(shè)計(jì),并根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)應(yīng)用ADINA軟件對建立兩種三維有限元模型(有加強(qiáng)圈和無加強(qiáng)圈),同時(shí)建立儲(chǔ)液模型,考慮液固耦合作用,對帶加強(qiáng)圈的LNG儲(chǔ)罐進(jìn)行水平地震激勵(lì),對比不考慮加強(qiáng)圈以及不同尺寸加強(qiáng)圈時(shí)的地震響應(yīng),分析和研究了加強(qiáng)圈的防晃作用以及對地震響應(yīng)的影響。結(jié)果表明在地震作用下,加強(qiáng)圈對儲(chǔ)罐基底剪力、傾覆彎矩等指標(biāo)的影響可以忽略不計(jì),但對儲(chǔ)液晃動(dòng)波高有著明顯的降低作用,防晃效果顯著;加強(qiáng)圈尺寸在600mm~800mm時(shí),防晃效率最高,并且加強(qiáng)圈數(shù)量越多,布置位置越高,防晃效果越好。

Seismic reduction by anti-sloshing analysis on large-scale LNG storage tanks

Abstract:Based on a practical building project, a parallel design of the inner tank of the LNG storage tank was conducted. Finite element models of 160,000 m3 LNG storage tank with and without stiffening rings were established by using ADINA separately. Considering the liquid-solid coupling effect, the seismic response of LNG storage tanks with stiffening rings was disserted and compared with the analysis results without stiffening rings. The results show that the effect of stiffening rings on the base shear and overturning moment is negligible, while the effect on the height of sloshing wave is quite obvious. When the size of the stiffening rings is in the range of 600mm~800mm, the effect is the most remarkable. Moreover, the more the number of stiffening rings and the higher the position they are arranged, the better effect on anti-sloshing can be obtained.
