[摘要]汶川大地震后,由于地震帶來的巨大經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,對抗震性能的優(yōu)化設(shè)計不斷研究,使得結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計在原有承載力設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)上更加注重性能的要求,注重建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性協(xié)調(diào)。在未來時間中結(jié)構(gòu)遭受不同等級的地震作用時,結(jié)構(gòu)的初始成本和地震損失值之間達(dá)到最優(yōu)化的狀態(tài),這就是“投資-效益”準(zhǔn)則?;谶@一準(zhǔn)則,利用可靠度分析理論,對結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計。

Optimum design and application of structure based on reliability and performance

Abstract: Because of the great financial losses in the Wenchuan earthquake, the optimization design of seismic performance have long been studying and more attention is paid on performance-based design and the balance between security and economical efficiency,comparing with the traditional design methodology.Reliability based structural optimization procedure under cost-benefit criterion should be employed.The cost-benefit criterion is the optimization of state between the initial cost of structure and the loss in the earthquake in the whole life cycle.
