[摘要] 為改進(jìn)現(xiàn)有普通疊層橡膠支座的隔震效果,利用形狀記憶合金的超彈性,將SMA絞線加入疊層橡膠支座中,設(shè)計出SMA絞線-疊層橡膠復(fù)合支座。分析了SMA絞線-疊層橡膠復(fù)合支座的工作原理,建立了該支座單質(zhì)點體系的運動方程及動力分析模型,并進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用SMA絞線-疊層橡膠復(fù)合支座的單自由度隔震體系在初位移荷載,正弦荷載和地震荷載激勵下的動力反應(yīng)時程分析。結(jié)果表明,SMA絞線-疊層橡膠復(fù)合支座是一種有效的隔震裝置,它有效地減小結(jié)構(gòu)的位移、速度以及加速度時程反應(yīng),使結(jié)構(gòu)的地震響應(yīng)明顯降低。

Analysis of dynamic response in one degree structure applied with SMA
wire-laminated rubber combined bearings

Abstract:The SMA wire-laminated rubber combined bearings is developed with SMA strands around the laminate rubber bearing applying the hyper elastic behavior of SMA strands, for the sake of improving seismic isolative effect of laminate rubber bearing. In this paper, the operating principle of laminate rubber bearing is analyzed, the mechanical model was created, the analyses on dynamic response of one degree isolation system based on SMA wire-laminated rubber combined bearings bear up the initial displacement, the sine load and seismic load is accomplished. As a result, the SMA wire-laminated rubber combined bearings is an effective isolate setting and the seismic response, such as displacement, velocity and acceleration of the structure with the applying of which would be reduced effectively.
