[摘要]  對(duì)某超限高層框架—剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了靜力彈塑性分析，得出了該結(jié)構(gòu)在小震、中震、大震情況下的性能點(diǎn)和各構(gòu)件的出鉸情況。結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外規(guī)范從不同角度對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)，為本工程的抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)提供了依據(jù)，并為類(lèi)似工程的分析與設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。

Seismic analysis about elasto-plastic Pushover method based on performance-based of an out-of-code high-rise office Building

Abstract：The Frame-Shear Wall structure of an out-of-code high-rise office building is analysised by ElastoPlastic PushOver method. The performance-based points of the structure and the plastic hinged bearings of the structural members are drawn on the condition of low-degree,middle-degree,high-degree Earthquake. The seismic performance is valued from different ways combine the Chinese Codes and forign Codes, wich provided the proof for seismic performance-based design. References are provided for the resemblance project
