[摘 要] 在汶川大地震中，框架結(jié)構(gòu)和框架-剪力剪結(jié)構(gòu)中鋼筋混凝土現(xiàn)澆樓梯出現(xiàn)大量破壞，尤以框架結(jié)構(gòu)中樓梯破壞最為嚴重。以5 層框架教學(xué)樓為例，比較了PKPM軟件傳統(tǒng)模型與考慮樓梯構(gòu)件參與整體計算模型，以及midas Gen中建立的空間分析模型。同時還對比了樓梯間對框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。結(jié)果表明，框架結(jié)構(gòu)受到樓梯間的影響顯著，樓梯參與整體計算后結(jié)構(gòu)的自振周期減小，振型的出現(xiàn)順序發(fā)生變化?？蚣?span lang="EN-US">-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)隨著剪力墻數(shù)量的增多，底層框架柱承擔(dān)的地震傾覆力矩減少，相應(yīng)樓梯間對整體結(jié)構(gòu)的影響也逐漸減小。PKPM軟件在PMCAD中布置樓梯后，只有在程序自動復(fù)制的子目錄LT下接力SATWE計算，才會通過折梁的方式考慮樓梯間的影響。

Seismic performance analysis of different structure systems considering stair influence

Abstract: Wenchuan earthquake shows that the staircase is damaged easily under the earthquake, especially in the frame structure comparing with the frame-shearwall structure. The results of 5-story teaching building using the software PKPM and midas Gen are compared. And the influence of stair to frame-shearwall structure is analyzed. It shows that the frame structure is significantly influenced by the stair. The natural period will decrease and the order of vibration modes will change after considering stairs. With the increase of shearwall in the frame-shearwall structure, the proportion of underlying columns in seismic overturning moment will reduce, therefore the influence of stairs to the overall structure will gradually reduce. Moreover the influence of stairs will be consider correctly only if the project worked in the subdirectory LT.
