預拌混凝土早期極限拉應變試驗研究*

摘要]為較精確得到預拌混凝土早期極限拉應變,利用自行設計制作的軸心抗拉試驗裝置解決了試件對中困難的問題。對工程中常用的3個強度等級(C20C40,C60)的混凝土進行4個齡期(3,7,1428d)的試驗研究。研究得出了預拌混凝土早期極限拉應變,并和已有數(shù)據(jù)進行對比分析;擬合出預拌混凝土早期極限拉應變隨齡期的變化規(guī)律;得到預拌混凝土早期極限拉應變和立方體抗壓、軸心抗拉強度以及抗拉彈性模量的關系。利用文中公式可估算出預拌混凝土早期極限拉應變,為有關技術人員和混凝土規(guī)范中關于耐久性的修訂提供參考。

Experimental research on the ultimate tensile strain of premixed concrete at early-age

Abstract: To get the precise tensile strain of premixed concrete at early-age, the difficulty of specimen centering was solved by the self-designed axial tension experimental apparatus. The experiment was performed on three different strength grades concrete of C20, C40 and C60 at four ages of 3, 7, 14 and 28 days. The ultimate tensile strain at early-age of the premixed concrete was obtained and compared with the existing data. The change relationship of ultimate tensile strain at early-age with the ages was obtained. The relationships between the ultimate tensile strain of the premixed concrete at early-age and the cube compressive strength, axial tensile strength and tensile elastic modulus were proposed. The ultimate tensile strain at early-age of premixed concrete can be estimated by the proposed formula, providing reference for the related engineers and the revision about the durability in concrete standards.
