摘要]利用摩阻錨固原理,設(shè)計(jì)并研究了一種用于加固鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的預(yù)應(yīng)力碳纖維板夾片式錨具。結(jié)合實(shí)際施工過程確定理論分析過程,進(jìn)而擬定錨具的關(guān)鍵尺寸,提出設(shè)計(jì)過程中關(guān)鍵問題的解決方法。受力分析、有限元模擬及試驗(yàn)研究表明,該錨具設(shè)計(jì)理論合理、施工方便,其成果能為鋼結(jié)構(gòu)加固提供一種有效的方法。

Abstract: A wedge-type anchorage for prestressed carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) plates for strengthening steel structures was designed and studied based on the principle of friction anchorage. The theoretical analysis process was determined from the construction process. The key dimensions were developed and the solutions of the key problems in design process were presented. Mechanical analysis, finite element simulation and experimental investigation indicate that the design theory of the anchorage is reasonable and the construction is convenient. The result can provide an effective method for strengthening steel structures.
