[摘要]采用外套預制鋼筋混凝土墻加固后的老舊砌體住宅結(jié)構(gòu)屬于較復雜的砌體-混凝土混合結(jié)構(gòu),抗震性能有待研究,且加固方案尚存在優(yōu)化空間?;谝粋€采用外套預制鋼筋混凝土墻加固后的老舊砌體住宅足尺模型的擬靜力及擬動力試驗結(jié)果,建立并校對了復雜混合結(jié)構(gòu)的有限元數(shù)值分析模型,通過推覆分析方法考察了加固墻體數(shù)量、長度和配筋率對加固結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能的影響。最后,基于參數(shù)分析的結(jié)果對加固方案提出了優(yōu)化設計建議。

Parametric analysis of an old masonry residence strengthened by external prefabricated reinforced concrete walls

Abstract: The old masonry residence strengthened by external prefabricated reinforced concrete walls belongs to the complex masonry-concrete hybrid structural system, the seismic performance of which is yet to be studied and the seismic strengthening scheme of which needs to be optimized. A sophisticated finite element numerical model was established and verified based on quasi-static test and quasi-dynamic test results of a full-scale structure strengthened by external prefabricated reinforced concrete walls. The influence of the number, length and reinforcement ratio of the strengthening concrete wall on the seismic performance of reinforced structure were studied using the Pushover analysis. Finally, suggestions on optimal design of the seismic strengthening scheme were proposed based on the parametric analysis results.
