活性粉末混凝土加固高強(qiáng)混凝土小偏壓柱試驗(yàn)研究*

摘要]為驗(yàn)證活性粉末混凝土(RPC)加固高強(qiáng)混凝土小偏壓柱的有效性,對(duì)4根近似足尺RPC加固高強(qiáng)混凝土柱進(jìn)行小偏壓一次受力試驗(yàn)研究,通過與另1根同配置未加固的高強(qiáng)混凝土小偏壓柱試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,研究不同強(qiáng)度等級(jí)RPC及加固層是否加有鋼筋網(wǎng)對(duì)高強(qiáng)混凝土小偏壓柱破壞特征和受力性能的影響。并對(duì)RPC的縱向應(yīng)變﹑縱筋應(yīng)變﹑柱的截面應(yīng)變﹑縱向撓度及極限承載力進(jìn)行分析。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,RPC加固效果顯著,對(duì)高強(qiáng)混凝土小偏壓柱的極限承載力提高非常明顯,且能有效改善高強(qiáng)混凝土小偏壓柱裂縫分布情況,提高試件延性。

Experimental study on high-strength concrete columns reinforced by reactive powder concrete under small eccentric compression

Abstract: To test the effectiveness of reactive powder concrete (RPC) in reinforceing high-strength concrete columns under small eccentric compression, 4 similar full-scale RPC reinforced high strength concrete columns were made to undertake small eccentric compression in a one-off loading test research, the results of which were compared with that of one same high strength concrete columns under small eccentric compression without reinforcements. Influences of different strength grades of RPC and steel mesh in reinforcement layers on characteristics of failure modes and mechanism performance of high strength concrete column under eccentric compression were studied. Longitudinal strain of RPC, strainof longitudinal rebar, section strain, vertical deflection and ultimate bearing capacity of column were studied. Test results show that reinforcement effect of RPC is significant and the ultimate bearing capacity of high-strength concrete column under small eccentric compression is enhanced significantly. RPC can effectively improve the crack distribution and member ductility of high-strength concrete column under  small eccentric compression.
