濟(jì)南啟德國際金融中心16號地塊裙房抗震設(shè)計

[摘要] 濟(jì)南啟德國際金融中心16號地塊，位于濟(jì)南市高新區(qū)，是聚集多種功能于一體的金融綜合體，包括一棟23層的塔樓，兩棟4層和5層的裙房。裙房16-C屬于超限建筑，對其主體混凝土框剪結(jié)構(gòu)和鋼桁架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析和設(shè)計。通過彈性動力時程分析和靜力彈塑性分析，加強(qiáng)了薄弱構(gòu)件和關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件。經(jīng)過抗震設(shè)計，結(jié)果顯示結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能良好。

Seismic design for Lot 16 podium building of Jinan Qide International Financial Center

Abstract: Lot 16 of Jinan Qide International Financial Center, located in the high-tech zone of Jinan city, is the aggregation of multiple function in central business district, including a 23 floor tower, two 4 and 5 layers podium buildings. Podium building 16-C is a over-limits building. System analysis and design were done for main concrete frame shearwall structure and steeltruss structure. After elastic dynamic time history analysis and pushover, the weak component and key component were strengthened. By seismic design, it shows that structural earthquake resistance performance is good.
