什邡市群眾文化活動中心抗震設(shè)計

(中國建筑設(shè)計研究院，北京 100044)[摘要] 本工程建筑使用功能眾多，總建筑面積大約2.8萬m2。由于使用功能的多樣性也導(dǎo)致了整體性較差的問題。設(shè)計中通過加厚薄弱部位樓板并設(shè)置拉通鋼筋來增強結(jié)構(gòu)的平面剛度；在結(jié)構(gòu)周邊布置密柱框架來代替布置剪力墻；在結(jié)構(gòu)梁高受限的情況下使用預(yù)應(yīng)力梁；轉(zhuǎn)角連接部分提高結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的抗震措施。通過以上的設(shè)計手段有效實現(xiàn)了建筑使用功能，并使結(jié)構(gòu)具備較好的抗震性能。[關(guān)鍵詞] 抗震設(shè)計；抗震性能；整體性中圖分類號：TU242 文獻標識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)S1-1089-03作者簡介：鄭紅衛(wèi)，工程師，Email:zhenghw@cadg.cn。Seismic design of Shifang cultural activities centerZheng Hongwei , Yin Haipeng , Chen Yue, Guo Junjie, Wen Dengyi(China Architecture Design & Research Group,Abstract： The project has a lot of use functions, and the total construction area is about 28,000 square meters. Prestressed concrete beams have been used when the height of beams limited, and corner connection seismic grade have been Increased.
