某超高層結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能設(shè)計

(四川大學(xué)建筑與環(huán)境學(xué)院,四川 成都 610065)[摘要] 某超高層辦公樓建筑高度為139.80m,屬于B級高層建筑,采用框架剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)形式。針對該工程的超限情況和結(jié)構(gòu)體系,對結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件制定一系列的抗震性能目標(biāo),同時滿足安全性和經(jīng)濟性。根據(jù)抗震性能目標(biāo),進行多遇地震彈性計算、設(shè)防地震彈性和不屈服計算和罕遇地震下的雙向Pushover分析,找到薄弱層及薄弱部位進行加強。結(jié)果表明本工程能滿足擬定的抗震性能目標(biāo)。[關(guān)鍵詞] 超高層建筑;性能目標(biāo);Pushover分析;薄弱部位中圖分類號:TU973+.31 文獻標(biāo)識碼: A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)S1-1081-04Seismic performance design of a extra-high structureYang Sun, Feng Xiong(College of Architecture and Environment Sichuan University, Chengdu 610065, China)Abstract:The height of a extra-high office building is 139.80m and frame-shear-wall structure is applied. According to the overrun situation and structural system, a series of seismic performance objectives of different structure members are established to satisfy safety and economy. Based on the seismic performance goal, elastic analysis under frequent earthquake, elastic analysis and un-yield analysis of components under moderate earthquake and Pushover analysis under rare earthquake is applied, to find the weak layer and weak position, and then strengthen them.
