（上海建筑設(shè)計研究院有限公司， 上海 200041）[摘要] 上海東方醫(yī)院新建大樓項目為超限高層建筑。主體建筑:地上塔樓24層、裙樓8層，均設(shè)地下2層，其中塔樓建筑高度接近100m，鋼-混凝土混合結(jié)構(gòu)。介紹了本工程結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計情況，根據(jù)現(xiàn)行設(shè)計規(guī)范對上部結(jié)構(gòu)抗震超限問題進(jìn)行判別，針對超限問題在抗震設(shè)計中所采取的主要抗震措施、計算分析方法。經(jīng)對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行多模型、多軟件分析，結(jié)果表明，結(jié)構(gòu)的工作狀態(tài)達(dá)到設(shè)計規(guī)范要求。[關(guān)鍵詞] 超限高層；混合結(jié)構(gòu)； 彈塑性時程分析；中圖分類號：TU398+.2 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)S1-1073-05作者簡介：糜建國,本科,高工,一級注冊結(jié)構(gòu)工程師，Email：mijg@siadr.com.cn。Seismatic design on the structure of the shanghai oriental hospitalMi Jianguo（Shanghai Institution of Architecture Design & Research Group, Shanghai 200041, China)Abstract： The project of shanghai oriental hospital is the out-of-codes high-rise building. The overground building is composed of the tower building with 24-storey and the vise-building with 8-storey , the bottom of all has a basement with 2-storey. The tower building is about 100 meters high. It is the steel-concrete mixed structure. The structural engineering design is introduced. According to the current criterion , the overground structure is distinguished whether it is the out-of-codes high-rise building. For the problem, we take the seismic measures and the method of analysis. The structure is analyzed with multi-model and several softwares.
