不同埋深的植筋群錨連接受拉試驗研究

[提要] 進行了埋深為10d和15d(d為鋼筋直徑)兩種情況下植筋群受拉試驗。研究結(jié)果表明,植筋群埋深15d時的屈服荷載較10d時的提高約22.5%,極限承載力提高約6.3%。破壞時二者的鋼筋均達到屈服,為鋼筋受拉破壞。埋深10d破壞時基材混凝土表面開裂嚴重,表現(xiàn)出錐體破壞的趨勢;埋深15d破壞時為鋼筋拉斷,鋼筋周圍有混凝土小錐體破壞。建議工程應(yīng)用中最小埋置深度取15d,并提出植筋群受拉承載力計算式。

Abstract:Tensile experiments of bonded in reinforcements group have been completed with embedment depth 10d and 15d(d is rebar diameter) respectively. The results show that the yielding load of embedment depth 15d is 22.5% more than that of 10d and ultimate tensile capacity of 15d is 6.3% more than that of 10d. The failure modes of both embedment depth 10d and 15d are steel failure which rebar yield eventually. For specimens of embedment depth 10d, the surface of base concrete has been damaged seriously which shows the tendency of concrete cone failure, while tension fracture of reinforcements happens accompanying with small concrete cone failure for embedment depth 15d. In the end,15d is advised as the minimum embedment depth in practice and formula has been given for calculating tension capacity of bonded in reinforcements group.
