碳纖維筋?yuàn)A片式錨具錨固性能的試驗(yàn)研究

摘 要
[提要]  通過改變傳統(tǒng)夾片錨具的外形與幾何尺寸來解決碳纖維(CFRP)筋的錨固問題。通過靜載試驗(yàn)詳細(xì)研究了改進(jìn)后CFRP筋專用夾片式錨具的不同幾何參數(shù)對其錨固性能的影響,并通過50次周期荷載試驗(yàn)和200萬次疲勞試驗(yàn)證明了這種錨具錨固CFRP筋的可行性。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,改進(jìn)后的夾片式錨具能夠有效錨固試驗(yàn)中所采用的CFRP筋。

Abstract:One of the central obstacles for CFRP tendons to be widely used is the method of anchoring the CFRP tendons during the service life of the structures. For solving this practical problem, ameliorations have been made for conventional wedge type anchorage system. The influences of different geometrical parameters to ancior performance have been studied through a series of static and fatigue tests. The results of tests indicate that the traditional wedge type anchorage can be used directly to anchor the CFRP tendon after some reasonable ameliorations have been done. For CFRP tendon used in the test, the wedge type anchorage modified is effective.
