[摘要]某大跨度空間網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)是三個殼體相連的空間曲面雙層網(wǎng)殼,由一個直徑140m、兩個直徑80m的空間曲線旋轉(zhuǎn)相交而成,網(wǎng)殼上弦為六邊形網(wǎng)格,下弦為三角形和六邊形網(wǎng)格,屋面材料為ETFE氣枕,建筑造型獨特,空間受力復雜。為實現(xiàn)建筑創(chuàng)意,提出了基于六邊形蜂窩異形曲面網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的三維建模方法,通過風洞試驗,確定了結(jié)構(gòu)風荷載取值;采用3D3S,SAP2000和ANSYS等多種程序,對網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)進行了靜力分析,解決了大跨度異形曲面網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的建模及計算分析難題。

Modeling and static analysis of a large span special-shaped latticed shell structure

Abstract: The large span space latticed shell is a space double-layer latticed shell structure connected by three space shells. It is circumvolved with one space curve of diameter 140m and two space curves of diameter 80m. The upper chord of latticed shell is hexagonal network, whereas the bottom chord consists of triangles and hexagons. Roofing material is ETFE air pillow. It has unique modeling and complex space force. To come true the building ideas, 3D modeling method based on the hexagonal honeycomb special-shaped surface latticed shell structure was proposed. Through the wind tunnel test, the structure wind load value was determined. The static performance of special-shaped latticed shell structure was carried out by using 3D3S, SAP2000 and ANSYS program to solve the modeling and calculation problems of the large span specialshaped latticed shell structure.
