[摘要]深業(yè)物流中心塔樓建筑高度316.16m,采用框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。比較了鋼筋混凝土樓蓋體系與鋼結(jié)構(gòu)樓蓋體系對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)工作性能及經(jīng)濟(jì)性的影響;探討了為滿足剪重比要求而設(shè)置加強(qiáng)層的合理性。針對(duì)超限高層建筑進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)彈性、彈塑性分析和針對(duì)一些不規(guī)則項(xiàng)的專(zhuān)項(xiàng)分析。分析結(jié)果表明,選取的結(jié)構(gòu)體系是合理的,且結(jié)構(gòu)性能滿足抗震設(shè)防性能目標(biāo)的要求。

Structural system selection and out-of-code analysis of super-tall Shenye Logistics Center Tower

Abstract: Shenye Logistics Center Tower building with the height of 316.16 meters adopts frame-core wall structural system. The influence of concrete floor system and steel floor system on structural performance and economic efficiency was compared. The rationality of the installation of strengthening layers to satisfy the requirement of shear-weight ratio was discussed. Elastic analysis, elasto-plastic analysis and specializedanalysis targeting at some irregular specifications were carried out on this out-of-code super-tall building. Analysis results conclude that the selected structural system is suitable and its structural performance can meet the requirements of performance-based seismic fortification targets.
