[摘要]中豪寫字樓為主體高度119.8m的超限高層建筑,采用鋼管混凝土框架-鋼筋混凝土核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。工程位于高烈度地區(qū),若采用傳統(tǒng)的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法,位移很難控制,構(gòu)件截面太大。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)設(shè)置了黏滯消能器,按10%等效阻尼比進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),構(gòu)件截面相對減小,增加了商業(yè)使用面積。結(jié)構(gòu)存在平面及豎向均不規(guī)則和高位轉(zhuǎn)換等不利因素,采用兩個(gè)不同力學(xué)模型的三維空間分析軟件SATWE和ETABS進(jìn)行了整體內(nèi)力、位移計(jì)算,通過彈塑性時(shí)程分析找出結(jié)構(gòu)的薄弱部位,并采取了有針對性的加強(qiáng)措施,最終能夠達(dá)到小震彈性、中震可修、大震不倒的抗震性能目標(biāo)。

Structural design on the ultra-limit high-rise building of Zhonghao office

Abstract: Zhonghao office is an ultra-limit high-rise building which is 119.8 meters high, with concrete filled steel tubular column-concrete core wall structure system. The project is located in high earthquake intensity area. Supposing that the traditional design method was taken, the displacement would be very difficult to be controlled with too large members. Viscous dampers were set in structural design, damping ratio could be raised to 10%. As a result, the sections of members were reduced relatively to increase the commercial use area. Some of adverse factors, such as plane and vertical irregular and high transfer story etc, were existing in the structure. Two three-dimensional analysis programs, SATWE and ETABS, were used to calculate internal forces and story drift. The weak positions of the structure were found out by elastic-plastic time history analysis, based on which the corresponding strengthening measures could be developed. The structure can get good performance which was elasticity under small earthquake, restored under medium earthquake and not collapsing under large earthquake.
