[摘要]蘇州科技城軟件大廈屬體型復雜的特別不規(guī)則高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)。首先明確了軟件大廈的建筑設計和結(jié)構(gòu)設計特點以及采取的相關措施;其次通過有限元計算分析,詳細介紹了斜柱斜框架的計算分析及設計構(gòu)造、整體結(jié)構(gòu)外傾引起的抗傾覆設計,同時提出了
控制主樓與純地下室間沉降差異的有效措施;最后對整體結(jié)構(gòu)進行了彈性時程分析及靜力彈塑性分析。分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)滿足規(guī)范對復雜高層建筑的要求,能確保結(jié)構(gòu)安全。

Structural seismic design on an especially irregular tall building

Abstract: Software building in Suzhou Science and Technology Town belongs to complex shape and especially irregular tall building structure. Firstly, the architectural and structural design features, as well as the measures taken of the software building were determined. Secondly, based on finite element analysis, the computational analysis of the slant column and frame, structural details of design, and the overturning-resistant design of the overall structure were descript in detail. Meanwhile, some effective measures on controlling the settlement differences between the main building and pure basement were presented. Finally, both the inelastic Pushover analysis and the elastic time history analysis of the seismic response of the overall structure were done. The results show that the structure can meet the code’s requirements for complex tall buildings, and can ensure the structure safety.
