鋼骨輕骨料混凝土受彎構(gòu)件裂縫寬度試驗(yàn)研究

(1 天津大學(xué)建筑工程學(xué)院 300072;2 西安建筑科技大學(xué) 710055)[提要] 通過(guò)對(duì)8根鋼骨輕骨料混凝土梁和2根鋼骨普通混凝土梁的試驗(yàn),研究了鋼骨輕骨料混凝土受彎構(gòu)件在單調(diào)荷載作用下的裂縫開展與分布情況。試驗(yàn)表明,在正常使用極限狀態(tài)下,鋼骨輕骨料混凝土受彎構(gòu)件的最大裂縫寬度符合使用要求。與鋼骨普通混凝土受彎構(gòu)件相比,其裂縫寬度稍大,但裂縫寬度變異系數(shù)較小。受拉縱筋應(yīng)力是影響裂縫寬度的最重要因素,二者近似呈線性關(guān)系。由于型鋼對(duì)混凝土具有約束作用,在保護(hù)層厚度與有效配筋率兩個(gè)變量中應(yīng)考慮型鋼的影響。在試驗(yàn)資料和理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,給出了鋼骨輕骨料混凝土受彎構(gòu)件最大裂縫寬度的計(jì)算公式。公式的計(jì)算結(jié)果與實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)符合較好。[關(guān)鍵詞] 鋼骨 輕骨料混凝土 受彎構(gòu)件 裂縫寬度Experimental Study on Crack Width of Steelreinforced Lightweight Concrete Beams/Wang Mingdong1, Wang Tiecheng1, Yu Qingrong1,Jiang Weishan2 (1 Civil Engineering College,Tianjin University, Tianjin 300072, China; 2 Xi"an University of Architecture & Technology, Xi"an 710055,China)Abstract:Based on the experiment of eight steel reinforced light weight concrete beams and two steel reinforced concrete beams, the opening and distribution of cracks are studied and a comparison with two different aggregates has been made to find out wider cracks for light concrete beams with smaller variations. It is indicated that the stress of tensile bars is the most vital factor affecting the crack width and a linear relationship also develops between the two. While taking into consideration of the effect of steel shape, a formula for the maximum crack width under short term load of SRLC beams is also proposed with satisfactory agreement obtained between formula results and experimental data.Keywords:steel reinforced; light weight concrete; beam; crack width
