受壓方木柱在復合材料環(huán)向和螺旋約束下的失效行為分析*

摘要]采用碳纖維布(CFRP)和芳綸纖維布(AFRP)加固8根方木柱,通過軸心抗壓性能試驗,研究了不同加固層數和FRP全包、環(huán)向、螺旋等不同加固方式對木柱抗壓承載力的影響,分析了纖維復合材料加固木柱的失效機理、荷載-位移及荷載-應變關系。結果表明,經FRP加固后,受壓木柱抗壓承載力得到顯著提高,最大提高幅度為57.5%;由于FRP的橫向約束作用,木柱的延性得到有效改善,且不同的加固方式對木柱延性的提高幅度差別較大,其中全包加固方式下木柱延性的提高幅度最大,環(huán)向加固方式優(yōu)于螺旋加固方式。

Failure behaviour of square timber columns confined by hoop and helix arrangements of FRP under axial compression

Abstract: Eight timber columns reinforced by CFRP and AFRP with various enwrapping forms were fabricated and studied. Based on the axial compressive test, the compressive bearing capacities of specimens with different FRP reinforcement layers and forms, including entire, hooped and spiral methods, were tested. And the damage form of specimens, the load-displacement relationship and the load-strain relationship were analyzed. Test results showed that the reinforcement with FRP can obviously improve the compressive bearing capacity of the columns and the highest improve ratio is 57.5%.In addition, the lateral deformations of reinforced specimen is greatly constrained by FRP, so the ductility can be improved. And different reinforcement methods can improve the ductility of timber columns on different level. The result indicated that the ductility of timber columns is enhanced more notably in the specimen with full wrapping arrangement, and the hooped reinforcement form is better than the spiral way.
