取代率對鋼筋再生混凝土構件力學性能影響分析*

摘要]以取代率為主要變量,設計和制作了18個鋼筋再生混凝土試件(其中梁、板、柱各6個),分別進行了受彎、受壓等力學性能試驗,獲取了各種取代率下試件的力學性能指標,并進行對比分析。結果表明:隨著取代率的增加,鋼筋再生混凝土梁的極限承載力呈下降趨勢;鋼筋再生混凝土單向板和雙向板的開裂荷載均有較大程度的下降;鋼筋再生混凝土偏壓柱的極限承載力略為下降。綜合考慮鋼筋再生混凝土構件的力學性能和經濟性能,認為當取代率為50%時優(yōu)于100%時。

Influence analysis of recycled coarse aggregate replacement ratio on mechanical behavior of reinforced recycled concrete components

Abstract: Taking replacement ratio as the main parameter, 18 reinforced recycled concrete specimens were designed, including 6 beams, 6 slabs and 6 columns. Mechanical properties tests as bending test and compression test were carried on respectively. Then mechanical performance indexes under each replacement ratio were obtained and compared. The research results show that with the increment of the replacement ratio, ultimate bearing capacity of beams decreases. Cracking loads of one-way slabs and two-way slabs decrease greatly. Ultimate bearing capacity of eccentric-loading columns decreases a little. Considering comprehensively the mechanical properties and economic performance index, it is concluded that 50% replacement ratio of reinforced recycled concrete brings good performance which is better than 100% replacement ratio of reinforced concrete.
