實(shí)心包覆Ⅰ字形型鋼梁溫度分析

摘要]對(duì)1根足尺包覆加氣片材的Ⅰ字形型鋼梁進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)火災(zāi)試驗(yàn)研究,得出可將構(gòu)件的三維熱傳導(dǎo)問(wèn)題簡(jiǎn)化為二維熱傳導(dǎo)問(wèn)題。采用ANSYS軟件對(duì)試驗(yàn)?zāi)P秃秃?jiǎn)化模型進(jìn)行升溫模擬,對(duì)比兩種模型中鋼梁的升溫情況,得出簡(jiǎn)化模型能代替試驗(yàn)?zāi)P?。采用?jiǎn)化模型分析不同保護(hù)層厚度下鋼梁的升溫情況,并用MATLAB軟件擬合出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)火災(zāi)條件下實(shí)心包覆Ⅰ字形型鋼梁的升溫計(jì)算公式。

Temperature analysis for solid coated -shaped steel beam

Abstract: Standard fire resistant experiment on a full scale fire insulation coated -shaped steel beam was carried out and studied. Results show that the three-dimensional heat conduction problem can be simplified to two-dimensional heat conduction problem. ANSYS software was used to carry out temperature simulation on the steel beams of test model and simplified model. Comparisons were made between test model results and simplified model results. It is shown that two models are equal. Temperature simulation of steel beams with different concrete cover thickness is carried out using simplified model. MATLAB software was used to fit the temperature calculation formula for the solid coated -shaped steel beam under the standard fire condition.
