常溫和高溫下軸心受壓鋼構(gòu)件局部穩(wěn)定研究*

摘要]為了研究高溫下軸心受壓鋼構(gòu)件的局部穩(wěn)定設(shè)計方法,分析了現(xiàn)行《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范》(GB 500172003)中給出的寬厚比(高厚比)驗算方法,并對該方法中的彈性模量修正系數(shù)進行了改進。采用改進后的方法考慮了溫度對鋼材力學(xué)性能的影響,給出了高溫下軸心受壓鋼構(gòu)件寬厚比(高厚比)的驗算方法,利用有限元軟件ANSYS,結(jié)合試驗結(jié)果對給出的驗算方法進行了驗證。研究表明:對彈性模量修正系數(shù)進行改進后,計算結(jié)果更可靠;采用《建筑鋼結(jié)構(gòu)防火技術(shù)規(guī)范》(CECS 200:2006)中的鋼材高溫力學(xué)性能指標計算出的高溫下軸心受壓鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的寬厚比(高厚比)限值與常溫下的區(qū)別不大,該值可以采用一個與溫度有關(guān)的系數(shù)來確定。

Local stability study of steel members under axial compression at room and elevated temperature

Abstract: In order to investigate the design approach of local stability of steel members under axial compression at elevated temperature, the check method proposed in current Design code for steel structures (GB 50017—2003) was analyzed and modification was made on the correction coefficient of elastic modulus. By adopting the modified method, influence of the high temperature on steel mechanical was presented and check method on widthheight-to-thickness ratio at high temperature was presented. FEM software ANSYS was used to verify the check methods in combination with experimental results. Results show that with improved correction coefficient of elastic modulus, the results are more reliable. The limit values of width(height)-to-thickness ratio for axial compressed steel members have little difference between room and elevated temperatures by employing the high temperature material mechanical properties presented in Code for fire safety of steel building structures (CECS 200:2006), and the limit value at elevated temperature can be determined by employing a coefficient related with temperature.
