中廣核大廈鋼結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)施工階段受力分析及應(yīng)變監(jiān)測*

摘要]中廣核大廈北樓采用大懸臂轉(zhuǎn)換鋼桁架結(jié)構(gòu)體系,其中鋼骨混凝土主體結(jié)構(gòu)與懸挑鋼結(jié)構(gòu)之間的連接節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)域具有受力大、力學(xué)狀態(tài)復(fù)雜、在施工過程中經(jīng)歷荷載突變等特點(diǎn),可知該節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)域的受力性能是保證結(jié)構(gòu)安全的重要環(huán)節(jié)?;?/span>SAP2000有限元平臺建立節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)域三維有限元模型,對其在施工過程中各控制工況下的應(yīng)力狀況及局部穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了分析,并在施工過程中對該節(jié)點(diǎn)及焊縫區(qū)域的應(yīng)變變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測,監(jiān)測結(jié)果與有限元分析結(jié)果吻合較好,驗證了該節(jié)點(diǎn)的傳力可靠性及安全性。

Stress analysis and strain monitoring of steel structure critical joints of China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group Building during construction stage

Abstract: China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group Building adopts the structural system of large cantilever transfer steel truss structure. The connection area between the main structure of steel reinforced concrete and cantilever steel structure features large stress and complex mechanical state, and it experiences sudden change of the stress in the construction stage. So the mechanical properties of the connection area are important parts of the structure to ensure safety. SAP2000 was used to build a three-dimensional finite element model of the connection area. Stress conditions and local stability under the controlled stress conditions in the construction stage were analyzed. On-site monitoring of the strain variation law of the joint and the weld area in the construction stage was carried out. Monitoring results and finite element analysis results are in good agreement, which verifies the reliability and safety of stress transmission of the joint.
