角鋼桁架型鋼混凝土梁純扭試驗(yàn)及損傷分析*

摘要]為研究角鋼桁架型鋼混凝土梁的純扭性能,設(shè)計(jì)加載裝置并完成了7個(gè)角鋼桁架型鋼混凝土梁在純扭荷載作用下的靜力試驗(yàn),考慮了型鋼配鋼形式、型鋼保護(hù)層厚度和混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)3個(gè)變化參數(shù)。通過(guò)試驗(yàn)觀察了試件的破壞形態(tài),揭示其破壞機(jī)理,獲取了扭矩-應(yīng)變曲線、扭矩-扭轉(zhuǎn)角曲線及相關(guān)特征點(diǎn)等,并分析各變化參數(shù)對(duì)其抗扭性能的影響,基于能量守恒定律,分析了在純扭作用下試件的耗能和損傷規(guī)律。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:角鋼桁架型鋼混凝土梁純扭破壞時(shí)角鋼受拉屈服、棱角處混凝土被壓碎,具有良好的抗扭和耗能性能。適當(dāng)增加型鋼體積配鋼率和混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)均能有效提高角鋼桁架型鋼混凝土梁的抗扭和耗能性能,增加斜向腹桿效果更顯著。增加型鋼保護(hù)層厚度會(huì)降低其抗扭和耗能性能。同時(shí)損傷規(guī)律基本呈現(xiàn)前期較小、后期較大的特征。

Pure torsional experiment and damage analysis of angle steel truss reinforced concrete beams

Abstract: To research pure torsional properties of angle steel truss reinforced concrete beams, loading device was designed and 7 specimens of angle steel truss reinforced concrete beams were tested in static load test under pure torsional loads. Three vary parameters were considered in the experiment such as steel disposition form, steel protective layer thickness and concrete strength grade. The failure patterns were observed and the failure mechanism was revealed. The torque-strain curves, torque-torsion angle curves and relevant feature points were obtained. The influence of each vary parameter on the torsional properties was analyzed. The energy dissipation and damage rule of pure torsional specimens were analyzed based on the law of conservation of energy. The results of experiment show that: failure pattern of angle steel truss reinforced concrete beams under pure torsional loads was that angle steel truss yields and concrete in the corner was crushed, which has better torsion resistance and energy dissipation properties. The increase of the volumetric percentage of steel and the concrete strength grade can improve torsion resistance and energy dissipation properties, effectively increase of oblique web member. The increase of steel protective layer thickness can reduce torsion resistance and energy dissipation properties. The characteristics of damage rule presents that damage index is smaller in the early stage and bigger in the late stage.
