某體育中心超低水泥用量混凝土對結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性的影響分析

(上海大學(xué)土木工程系 上海 200072)[提要] 在混凝土配合比設(shè)計中,規(guī)范規(guī)定了最小水泥用量以保證混凝土耐久性。通過某體育中心工程中出現(xiàn)的問題,分析該工程混凝土配合比及各膠凝材料用量對結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性的影響,特別是對影響結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性的原因做出分析。著重從原料的生產(chǎn)和使用層面上分析影響混凝土耐久性的因素及原因,從耐久性的角度評價水泥和混凝土的質(zhì)量,可對解決此類問題提供借鑒。[關(guān)鍵詞] 水泥用量 混凝土強度 混凝土耐久性 粉煤灰 磨細(xì)礦渣Durability Analysis of Concrete with Low Cement Dosage of a Stadium Center Project/Fa Yongsheng, Li Dong (Civil Engineering Department of Shanghai University, Shanghai 200072, China)Abstract:On the mix ratio design of concrete, the specification regulates the minimum cement dosage in order to meet the need of durability. It tries to analyze the influence of concrete mix ratio and cementing material discharges to structure durability, especially analyzes the reasons that influence structure durability. It also analyzes the factors and reasons that influence the durability of concrete from the viewpoint of raw material"s production and application, and evaluates the quality of concrete in terms of durability aspect, which may be an excellent reference for the solution to similar problems.Keywords:cement dosage; concrete strength; durability of concrete; fly ash; blast furnace slag
