由某工程事故談地下室抗浮問題

摘要]針對(duì)南京某小區(qū)單建式地下室上浮導(dǎo)致部分鋼筋混凝土柱產(chǎn)生剪切壓彎破壞現(xiàn)象,進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘測(cè)及事故原因分析,指出設(shè)計(jì)及施工中存在如下問題:1)進(jìn)行抗浮設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)未留足夠的安全余量;2)施工單位對(duì)地下水對(duì)工程影響的嚴(yán)重性認(rèn)識(shí)不足,未按設(shè)計(jì)要求施工;3)監(jiān)理單位對(duì)地下水對(duì)工程影響的嚴(yán)重性認(rèn)識(shí)不足,未起到監(jiān)督施工單位按設(shè)計(jì)要求施工的作用。介紹了透水泄壓、周邊集水井降水等現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)急處理方案及后續(xù)的加固方法。經(jīng)加固處理后該地下室已投入正常使用,至今狀態(tài)良好,表明所采取的措施起到了預(yù)期的效果。

Reflections on anti-floating design of basements based on an engineering accident

Abstract: An up-floating accident in a separate basement happened in a community in Nanjing, which caused the shear buckling destruction in some concrete columns. Site survey was conducted and the cause of the accident was analyzed. Problems in design and construction were pointed out as follows: 1) safety allowance is inadequate during the anti-floating design; 2) the construction unit is failed to appreciate the seriousness of groundwater effects on engineering and failed to construct according to design requirements; 3) supervision units are failed to appreciate the seriousness of groundwater effects on engineering and failed to play the role of supervision on construction units according to the design requirements. On-site emergency plans and reinforcement methods were also introduced as permeable pressure relief and peripheral sump dewatering. According to the above methods, the basement has been put into normal use after reinforcement and is still in good condition, which shows that the measures adopted achieve expected effects.
